Cafes in London I love – Part 1

Watchhouse café

Watchhouse café is located on different places in London. The one I went to is in Somerset House near the ice rink. Weekends are fairly busy at this café so you might have to wait a while. In case you are planning to spend quite a good amount of time there, be aware that during the busy hours they only allow you to occupy the table for 90 minutes. I loved the flat white and avocado toast there. The ambience is beautiful, little bit expensive but worth visiting at-least once.

EL&N Café

The EL&N Café is very popular, if you will google insta-worthy cafes, this one will be on top lists. The whole décor is very pink. Each corner of the café is picturesque. They have amazing bakery options. I tried their hot chocolate and Dutch baby pancakes, both were delicious. They have a lot of branches all over London. I visited Carnaby Street one.

Shaman London

This café is located near Tower Bridge offering huge space and good wi-fi which makes it an amazing place to work, hold your meetings, book club discussions etc. I spent less time there but plan to visit for a longer duration soon. The last time I went it was bustling with college students finishing their assignments. It’s a nice place to get some work done.

Kyla’s Café bistro

Kyla’s café is located at a very scenic location near the river at Turnberry Quay. If you are in the mood for river side brunching this place would be perfect for you. However, please note that there is no outdoor seating at this place so if you can manage to find a window table, that would be amazing. Apart from the atmosphere, I really loved the food as well – Pancakes and Omelette were delicious. I also ordered this eye-catching coffee with lots of charms on it, which was the highlight of my visit.

Be prepared for longer wait time for table as well as food during the rush hour.
